Read this page, please!

Fill in all the necessary forms in English and clearly print your name and address.

We recommend the use of transparent or company printed PVC adhesive tape.

Do NOT use so called (silver)duct-tape or gaffa-tape, double-sided adhesive tapes or any other linen tape, nor crêpe tape (painter’s tape)  These tapes will loosen in the warmth.

Do NOT put metal or plastic straps or ropes around the box, because they will damage other boxes during the shipment.

• When setting up the box, make sure to start with the bottom.
• Never cross-fold the flaps (so called ‘Chinese folding box’)
• Fold the short flaps in first and then the long ones to cover. Put a strip of tape across in the centre and at the ends of the long flaps. Next put a tape lengthwise over the centre of the long flaps.
• Put a large plastic bag inside the box in which you put the items you want to send to prevent moisture damage.
• Do NOT overfill the box.
• Do NOT make it higher or wider.
• When closing the box, fold the short flaps in first and then the long ones to cover.
• The long ones should touch each other and leave no gap.
• The original shape of the box should be conserved to assure optimal rigidity.
• Tape your box properly. No loose ends.
• Bottom and top should be covered with tape completely for better protection.

Write the destination address (with phone number) and your own address on the short side and on the top of the box with a waterproof pentel pen and cover it with transparent tape. This will protect the writing.

Please include a copy of the packing list in the box with the destination address and your (sender’s) name.

Never tape a packing list to the outside of the box.
